Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the provision of web development and related services by Telecept ("we," "us," or "our") to you ("client," "you"). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

We provide web development services as described in our project proposal or agreement. All work is performed with reasonable skill and care, consistent with current industry standards.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your business, requirements, and any content (text, images, branding) needed for the project. Timely feedback and approvals help us meet agreed-upon deadlines.

No Guarantee of Specific Results

While we build every site with search visibility and performance in mind, we cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic volumes, or business outcomes. Third-party platforms like Google are beyond our control.

Ownership & Deliverables

Upon full payment, ownership of the final website — including all source code, design assets, and related materials — is transferred to you. You are free to host, modify, or transfer the site as you see fit.

Third-Party Services

We are not liable for disruptions, outages, or changes caused by third-party services, including but not limited to domain registrars, hosting providers, DNS services, or content delivery networks.

Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to begin work. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before final files are delivered or the site is launched. All amounts are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Telecept shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the delivered website.
